         U.S.A. POULTRY & EGG EXPORT COUNCIL

  

    American Poultry International's association with U.S. government and trade organizations further supports our service to the global market.

    Our membership in the USA Poultry & Egg Export Council (USAPEEC) gives us valuable information and sales data, ongoing marketing research, and collective promotional and advertising support.  USAPEEC is also invaluable in dealing with the many officials and agencies of foreign goverments, utilizing its well-staffed worldwide offices.

   

                 NATIONAL CHICKEN COUNCIL

    API's association with the National Chicken Council (NCC) over the past 30-plus years has enabled our voice to be heard in Washington D.C. regarding poultry export and other relevant matters of concern.  Headquartered in Washington, NCC is able to remain in daily contact with all U.S. agencies, whose concerns deal with poultry exports from the United States.

   

NATIONAL POULTRY & FOOD DISTRIBUTORS ASSOCIATION

  

    In order to enhance its domestic trade, API has been associated with the National Poultry & Food Distributors Association (NPFDA).  Our affiliation with this organization allowed API to continously associate with distributors, processors, further processors and a bulk of other related industry companies, that provide a multitude of products and services that are utilized daily for sales and shipments within the USA.    

   UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE/

         FOOD SAFETY  AND INSPECTION SERVICE

    Since the inception of API's export programs, our staff has worked closely with various agencies of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the Food Safety & Inspection Service (FSIS) - both on a national level and local level.  Our constant contact with this government agencies ensures that we are staying abreast of USDA regulations and delivering to our customers their countries' requirements of USDA product inspections and certifications.

    API is a member of the Shipper's Association - PFC GROUP - located in the Atlanta, Georgia USA area.  Being a member of this association allows us to obtain extremely competitive ocean freight rates, whereas we can offer more competitive pricing to our clients through the usage of blanket service contracts with steamship lines, that represent and service worldwide trade lanes.
